When you decide to go ahead and order buy boxes from us, we ask that you acknowledge our terms of trade. This is so you fully understand the process before entering into a contract with us and don't get any unexpected surprises. You will be prompted to do this at the appropriate time as you go through our website.
Stock Availability
While most of the buy boxes that we feature on our sites are readily available from our suppliers, it only takes one phone call from another company to wipe out an entire stockholding. For this reason we encourage all our clients to place an order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Where an item is not available, we will find you a range of suitable alternatives to choose from and present these for your approval before proceeding. In no instance is money uplifted from your nominated credit card until availability is confirmed.
Payment
If you are ordering off us for the first time, we will require payment in full before proceeding with your order. If however you intend to use our site more than once, we are happy to open a trading account for you after upon completion of a credit account form. Paperwork for this can be obtained by calling one of our account managers. Please note however that your first order will still require an upfront payment.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of $95+GST to cover the time we have spent on your order.
Our Online Quotes
We do our best to put all the information in front of you so that you can make an immediate purchasing decision without spending days waiting for a quote to come back. However, where the buy boxes are branded, these costs can vary from the original quote once we get into production, simply because we rely on you to provide us with the correct specifications of your job. Understandably you may not always know exactly what these are yourself. For this reason, we reserve the right to adjust your quote in the course of the job once we look at your artwork. We will only do this in consultation with you, and should a price change be required, we will seek your approval before proceeding. Further to this, if a price adjustment is required, and you have paid upfront, we may require some additional funds from you before proceeding or conversely need to provide you with a refund.
Sample Policy
We charge for all samples at the rate indicated on this website at the time of purchase. However if you return them to us within 14 days, we are happy to refund you in full by way of a credit on your nominated credit card. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging and should any damage have occurred, no credit will be issued. Please note that a courier charge applies to cover the cost of sending samples. This portion is non-refundable under this policy. Samples of gift boxes cannot be returned. PLEASE NOTE: samples cannot be returned between 20 December and 15 January and therefore refunds can not be actioned if they fall outside the 14 day period.
Quality Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the buy boxes we supply, we will refund your money in full if they are returned within five working days (less associated freight costs). This excludes boxes and products that have been custom-made. This guarantee does not however apply to products that have been personalised with your logo. We will only accept these products back if there are quality issues resulting from the printing process or in the product themselves. Freight charges are not included in this offer.
Artwork
We are happy to prepare one artwork proof for you free of charge and you will receive two sets of changes free. Additional changes over this will be charged at $25+GST per set of changes. We require artwork files in an EPS Vector format or as otherwise specified by your account manager. If you are not able to supply the correct format we may need to redraw your logo which will be charged at a per hour rate. All artwork proofs prepared remain our property and may not be altered or used in any way without our written approval.
Freight Charges
All samples carry a standard freight charge, which is calculated into your order as you buy off us online. This may be adjusted manually by us before finalising your order if you are ordering several items. We will always inform you of this up front. Freight on bulk orders is however impossible to calculate online, as we need to review the production process on your job and determine the cost of moving the goods from suppliers and branders. This component will therefore be additional to the price you receive from us online and added to the cost of your order before we process your payment.
Delivery
At the best of times courier companies can be very unreliable. For that reason, whilst we guarantee that your ordered products will leave our end on time, we can't always give you the same assurances that the courier will arrive when they are supposed to. Therefore in the event that you have a very tight deadline and the goods fail to arrive due to delivery delays with the courier company, we will not be held responsible and no credits will be offered. To minimise this possibility, we are more than happy for you to arrange pick up of the items using your own freight provider. Please note that our courier requires all deliveries to be signed for.
Debt Collection
If you have opened an account with us and payment on any of your invoices is not received by the due date, we will contact you within a few days to rectify the situation. If the debt is then not cleared within 30 days a penalty charge of 2.5% per month will be added to your account and it will be placed in the hands of a debt collection agency, who may also add interest and collection charges to your account.
